2. Payments
All payments are handled securely via Stripe. Full payment is required before project work begins.

3. Delivery
Websites are handed over fully functional and tested. You will receive a walkthrough call to learn how to use your website.

4. Revisions
Packages include the number of revisions specified. Extra revisions are available at an additional cost.

5. Refunds & Returns
Because all projects are custom-made, I do not accept returns or offer refunds.

6. Responsibility
I am responsible for delivering a working website. You are responsible for providing content (texts, images, logos, etc.) within the agreed timeline.

7. Limitations
I cannot guarantee business outcomes such as traffic, sales, or client inquiries. These depend on your own marketing and business efforts.
