Welcome to Delfina The Designer – Successful Business Academy (“Academy”). By accessing or using our website and membership services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.
The Academy offers three membership tiers: Monthly, Quarterly, and Yearly.
Yearly Members receive a free website setup (available for clients who purchase Hostinger hosting and domain, on a freshly installed copy of WordPress).
Membership access is for one business owner only and cannot be shared, transferred, or resold.
Resources provided in the Academy are for personal business use only and may not be redistributed, resold, or altered for resale.
All payments are processed securely through our payment provider.
Upgrading to a higher tier (e.g., Monthly to Yearly) is possible at any time.
Downgrades are allowed, but past payments will not be reimbursed.
If a payment fails, your access to the Academy will be suspended until payment is successfully processed.
Due to the digital nature of our resources, no refunds are provided once access is granted.

All templates, resources, and materials are owned by Delfina The Designer and protected by copyright laws.
Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or distribution of any content is strictly prohibited.
Approved members can apply to become Affiliates and earn 20% commission per referred member.
